Thank you Kamal

6 Jul 2016 09:46:12

"A great seminar - thoroughly enjoyed it together with the practical demonstrations made the whole event worth it".  This is typical of the kind of reviews we've been getting for seminar on motivating your dog through toys with Kamal Fernandez.  Thank you Kamal, another fab event.  We hope you'll be happy to work with us again in the future.

Thank you to our speakers

28 Jun 2016 14:53:44

Dog and Bone feel very lucky to have hosted some super speakers since Sally and I took on the company two and a half years ago.  We do what we can to make these events a success but at the end of the day the success is largely due to the quality of the speaker.

We certainly have our favorites and enjoy welcoming them back. Later this year we are thrilled to welcome back Claudia Fugazza and next year we look forward to seeing David Ryan, Ian Dunbar and Brenda Aloff again.  However, we are also very excited to be bringing you Kay Attwood later this year, and next year Daniel Mills and Chirag Patel who we saw speak recently at the Dog Bite Prevention Conference and who were superb.

Huge thanks to all.

Getting excited about tomorrow's seminar with Kamal Fernandez on using toys as rewards following his very successful "Making the Most of Your Dog Training Class".  We had some great feedback.

Brenda's a hit!

20 Apr 2016 16:38:37

We've had some great feedback following our seminars with Brenda Aloff.

Here are just two reviews:

Seminar was first class with a great speaker.

Brenda's seminar was like one I had never been to before. I love her enthusiasm and her blunt honesty, she doesn't dress anything up or down and it's nice to be taught in that way. I'm still working on my own ideas of boundaries of dog training and dog behaviour, what I agree with and what I don't etc. There has certainly been food for thought at the seminar this week, and the methods discussed contradict a lot of what is "usually" taught. I very much look forward to researching Brenda's methods and ideas for myself to create my own learning protocols.

Brenda is certainly one of a kind and we look forward to bringing her back again in the future.

Pochette

2 Dec 2015 13:56:07

We were asked recently if we sold Haqihana "pochettes" because they're "really lovely".  We had to find out more. The little pochette is tiny pouch that fits over the Haqihana harness and is just big enough to hold a dog ID tag (included) and poo bag.

They are lovely: small and compact in real leather but with an antique finish.  We are pleased to add them to our stock.

They also come in a tiny draw string cloth bag and would make the ideal Christmas gift to a Haqihana fan.
