EMRA Intelligence

by Robert Falconer-Taylor, Peter Neville and Val Strong

The COAPE institute (Centre of Applied Animal Ethology) has developed a revolutionary and highly successful way of treating behaviour problems in companion animals: the EMRA System.  Instead of using quasi-diagnoses, such as "dominance aggression", that usually lead to standardised and unnecessarily complicated approaches to treatment, EMRA assesses the problem on three levels.  This enables the therapist to develop bespoke treatment plans for all common pet behaviour problems.  These plans are always enlightening and often introduce fun and surprising ideas on the pathway to improved behaviour and relationships.
